Inspired by life on an island, Seashells are a traditional pasta shape commonly known as gnocchetti sardi. Originating from the Italian island of Sardinia, Seashells are commonly called gnocchetti because they look very much like “little gnocchi”. In Sardinia, Seashells are often served for special occasions or Sunday family dinners.
