Traditional Pastas

You may not recognize our traditional pastas by their names, but rest assured you will love them for their authentic flavor and texture. And who says pasta can't be fun and interesting instead of boring and stuffy?

Our collection of traditional pastas include favorites such as Fettuccini (Skinnies), Pappardelle (Fatties), Ziti (Mac Tens), and Spaghetti alla Chitarra (Square Spaghetti). Like all our pastas, they are handmade and bronze-die extruded. We use only the finest Molino Pasini Semolina from the Northern Lombardia region of Italy.
