Jugheads

We gave Jugheads their name as a nod to my Grandpa. When I was a kid, Grandpa would lovingly call me a jughead. You may know these by their traditional name, trottole rigate. The Italians named this pasta for its resemblance to trottola, a spinning top. We think Jugheads sounds just as fun!
